hese pallets come from Best Choice Products, a large online retailer known for home, outdoor, and lifestyle products. BCP pallets are popular with resellers because many of the items are larger products that sell very well locally.

Items commonly found in BCP pallets include products such as:

patio furniture
outdoor lounge chairs
canopy tents and shade structures
kids ride-on vehicles
electric keyboards and musical instruments
home décor and storage items
fitness and recreation equipment

Because many of these items are larger retail products, they tend to perform extremely well on:

These pallets are great inventory for:

Shipping: Sold by the pallet only. Minimum purchase is one full pallet. Freight shipping required. Orders may ship via LTL or full truckload depending on quantity and destination. Buyer must select business or residential delivery at checkout and choose any required freight options. Freight is booked and controlled by B&D Liquidators. Buyer-arranged freight is not permitted.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment. Dock or forklift is provided by B&D Liquidators.
Lead Time: Orders typically ship within one (1) business day after payment is received. In the event of carrier availability issues or unforeseen scheduling delays, orders may ship once a carrier is secured.
Tracking: Shipping confirmation is sent by email or text with the carrier tracking number from the shipper so the buyer can track independently.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged unless a valid resale certificate is uploaded at checkout and approved for tax-exempt processing.
Payment Method: Wire transfer only unless otherwise specified.
Final Sale: All pallet purchases are wholesale transactions and are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges are accepted.
Freight Claims and Fees: Buyer is responsible for filing all carrier freight claims. Buyer is responsible for all re-delivery, storage, and carrier fees resulting from missed appointments or incorrect delivery information.
International Buyers: B&D Liquidators ships within the United States only. International buyers may ship to a US-based freight forwarder or US border location. B&D Liquidators does not arrange ocean freight or international transport beyond the United States. For custom shipping container orders, contact our Container Department.

At times Mytoolstore.com may offer special freight promotions on products or product lines. Certain exceptions always apply. Items that are bulky, large, and/or too heavy cannot be shipped via these promotions. Additionally, these promotions are only available to the continental US. Mytoolstore.com reserves the right to notify the customer of exceptions. However, Mytoolstore.com will never change shipping without first contacting and receiving approval from the customer.

Shipping Times

Guaranteed delivery times are for the amount of time the package spent in transit. That is, packaging and pulling of inventory can take time, and is not included in the determination of how long a package was in shipment.

Choosing Fedex Next Day Air, or Fedex 2 Day causes your package to be flagged, and we'll do everything possible to ship your product quickly.

Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.

Standard Shipping

Mytoolstore.com uses FedEx to ship its products to you, our valued customers. Packages under 140lbs and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via FedEx. It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Toolup within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.

Should your items arrive damaged, it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

Shipping Promotions

At times Mytoolstore.com may offer shipping promotions. These promotions are limited to items below 140lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via FedEx Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line and/or expedited shipments are not Ground shipping.

For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items on the order related to that promotion must be in stock before the order will be shipped. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock at our warehouses.

In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some orders are flagged for review prior to shipping. The criteria which may result in an order hold includes but is not limited to; the order total, billing and shipping not matching, and number of payment attempts. In such cases the customer may be contacted to provide additional information before the order is released.

Truck Deliveries And Large / Bulky Items

Mytoolstore.com stocks many industrial and commercial grade tools and accessories. Some of these items are large, heavy and/or bulky (items such as Threaders, Benders, Panel Saws, Generators, etc). These items may not be able to be shipped via regular ground methods such as Fedex and will require a Freight or Truck delivery. All Free freight promotions only apply to items that can be shipped via FedEx Ground and not Freight or LTL methods. Truck Line - Commercial/Business Addresses

When shipping to a business please choose whether you need a liftgate or not. Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/off loading your order from the truck. If your site has a forklift or loading dock, you may wish to choose the no liftgate option. If liftgate is required at time of delivery but not selected during ordering, you will be responsible for any additional charges. If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.

Truck Line - Residential Addresses

Truck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to residential addresses. This is in part due to the necessity of loading shipments to smaller trucks that are better able to navigate residential locations. While your specific driveway may have plenty of room to navigate, roads around you may require this extra handling. Delivery is to the base of your driveway or off of the trucks liftgate. The customer is responsible for moving the product from that point. Mytoolstore.com is not responsible for delivery if the product cannot be unloaded from the truck. Mytoolstore.com cannot be responsible for refunds of this freight, and the customer will be responsible for any fees necessary for a 2nd delivery attempt.
