Should your items arrive damaged, it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for additional charges that will be charged by the freight carrier.

Truck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to residential addresses. This is in part due to the necessity of loading shipments to smaller trucks that are better able to navigate residential locations. While your specific driveway may have plenty of room to navigate, roads around you may require this extra handling. Delivery is to the base of your driveway or off of the trucks liftgate.
